Bremer’s Diversity and Inclusion Council, chaired by CEO Stan Dardis includes 16 members representing a variety of functions and roles across Bremer. The Council guides  Bremer employees to follow its diversity philosophy, objectives and policies. The Council:

• Acts as an advisory group for Bremer leadership and Human Resources
• Promotes and champions an inclusive work environment;
• Ensures leadership, focus, continuity and consistency with Bremer’s ongoing diversity efforts;
• Serves as a resource and link with managers, supervisors and all employees.

Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is also felt outside of our organization.
