The Council guides Bremer employees to follow its diversity philosophy, objectives and policies. The Council: - Acts as an advisory group for Bremer leadership and Human Resources
- Promotes and champions an inclusive work environment;
- Ensures leadership, focus, continuity and consistency with Bremer’s ongoing diversity efforts;
- Serves as a resource and link with managers, supervisors and all employees.
