What is Online Banking for Business?
Online Banking for Business is Bremer's online banking product specially designed for businesses giving clients 24-hour, real-time access to their accounts.

What does Online Banking for Business cost?
Three different plans are available: Essential Access, Extended Access and Elite Access. Each is priced according to the features that are available. Essential Access is designed for businesses looking for basic online banking capabilities. Extended and Elite Access Plans are for businesses needing a more comprehensive financial management tool. For more information about pricing, contact a Bremer banker or a Treasury Management Representative who will work with you to determine which plan and pricing option works best for your business.

Who can access Online Banking for Business?
Online Banking for Business is available to any client with a business account. Depending the plan you choose, businesses can also grant full or limited use to multiple employees.

How do I sign up?
You can sign up online or you can contact your local Bremer Bank.

How do I get an access ID and password?
Once we have received, validated and setup your access, you will receive a Welcome Letter in the mail with access and getting started information. You will typically receive this information within 5 days of your enrollment.

Can I use the same access ID and password if I have accounts at more than one Bremer location?
If you have business accounts at more than one Bremer location, you will be able to access all your accounts with the same access ID and password.

How do I sign out?
When you have completed your session, it is recommended you click Sign Out at the top of the screen to terminate your session. However, if you forget to sign out, the system will terminate your session after 15 minutes of inactivity.

My Online Banking for Business Plan gives me "real-time" current account information. What does that mean?
Unlike other financial institutions that update information in "batches" one or two times a day, Online Banking for Business is "real time." Depending on the service plan you choose, account balances and transactions for savings and checking accounts are generally current and will reflect transactions as they occur throughout the day.

Can I download my business account history into my financial management software on my computer?
Yes, information can be downloaded from your checking, savings, and loan accounts into a format that can be used with Quicken, Microsoft Money, or a CSV format commonly used with many applications.

How much transactional information is maintained and for how long?
You can access transactional information for your business' current and previous bank statement. You have up to 30 days after the last day of your previous statement to view and/or export the information.

Can I transfer funds from/to other financial institutions?
The Extended and Elite Access plans have options for ACH and Wire transfer capabilities.

Can I transfer funds between my personal and business accounts?
For sole proprietors and owners, transfers can be made between personal and business accounts. This feature is not available for government, public entity, or nonprofit accounts.

When will advances, payments, or transfers made through Online Banking for Business be credited or debited from my business account?
Transfer cutoff time information is available by clicking Cutoff Times on the bottom of the page while in Online Banking for Business.

How do I add an account?
If you want to add another account, simply call your Treasury Management Representative, Bremer banker or Phone Bank at 1-800-908-BANK (2265) and press 2.

Can I view check transactions in check number order?
Yes. Once you are in an account screen, simply click Transactions and then either Previous Statement or Current Statement. Once the transactions are displayed, click on the Transaction Number column heading.

How can I view an image of a check if I have check imaging capabilities?
To view the front or back of a check image, click Transactions and then either Previous Statement or Current Statement. Once the transactions are displayed, click on the check number under the Transaction Number column heading.

What should I do with the confirmation numbers I receive after I initiate a transaction such as a transfer?
You may either print the screen or simply make a note of the confirmation number for future reference. If you have a problem with one of your transactions, you can reference the confirmation number when you speak with a Bremer representative.

What system requirements will I need?
To access Online Banking for Business, you will need a computer with Internet access and an Internet browser with 128-bit encryption such as Internet Explorer (6.0 or higher). Please note: You may experience problems using this site with the Firefox web browser or on a Macintosh system. For optimal viewing, a monitor with a resolution of 800 x 640, modem speed of 56k, and a 486 processor or higher is best.

Whom do I call if I'm having problems logging in?
If you are having problems logging in, such as your password doesn't work, your accounts aren't showing up or are inaccurate, please call the Bremer Phone Bank at 1-800-908-BANK (2265).

Will I ever be forced to change my password?
You will be forced to change your password the first time you access Online Banking for Business and every 90 days after that. This is a security feature designed to help protect your banking information.

What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can go to the log in page and fill out the Forgotten Password online notification form or call the Bremer Phone Bank at 1-800-908-BANK (2265) and press 2.

Why do I sometimes receive errors when I use my back and forward buttons in my browser?
Due to security requirements, there are some instances where we prevent pages from being saved to your computer's hard drive or kept in your computer's memory.

When I send an international wire, can I send the funds in the currency of my choice?
No, international wire transfers initiated through Online Banking for Business can only be sent in U.S. dollars.

When I click on the lock icon at the bottom of my browser, I get a message that says "This certificate fails to verify for all of its intended purposes." What does this mean? Is the site still secure?
