Flannery Promoted to Market Manager of Bremer Bank St. Paul Midway St. Paul, Minn. - June 23, 2009 - Bremer Bank announces the promotion of Matthew Flannery to market manager of the St. Paul Midway branch. Flannery was previously the assistant branch manager for Bremer at the Minneapolis 6th Street location. Flannery joined Bremer in 2005 as a personal banker in the Roseville branch. He previously was a Call Center manager at State Employees Credit Union in Raleigh, N.C. Flannery has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa and a master’s of business administration degree from the University of Phoenix. “Matt has been a key member of our team in the Twin Cities for the past four years,” said Jerry Kwapick, district market manager for Bremer Bank. “He has demonstrated his ability to lead a branch and manage and develop a team of staff.
