Bremer Bank Hires Tweiten as Trust Officer in Fargo
Fargo, N.D. - January 21, 2010 - Bremer Bank recently hired Russ Tweiten to join the company as a vice president and Trust officer with the Bremer Investment Management and Trust team in Fargo. Tweiten will work with employee benefit, personal trust and investment management accounts.
Tweiten joins Bremer with more than 22 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently he was a consultant at AgCountry Farm Credit Services in Fargo specializing in retirement and succession planning. Prior to that, Tweiten served as a vice president and Trust officer for First International Bank & Trust in Fargo. He has also worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield as assistance vice president of marketing.

Tweiten has a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics from North Dakota State University in Fargo, N.D. He is an active member of the community, serving on the board for Hospice of the Red River Valley and a variety of other nonprofits. Tweiten also spends time volunteering for Fargo Youth Hockey.
