Bremer Bank Hires Phone Bank Manager
St. Paul, Minn. - August 11, 2010 - Bremer Bank has hired Jessica Zupfer as the new Phone Bank Manager based at the Bremer Service Center in Lake Elmo, Minn. Zupfer has more than 14 years of call center experience and will oversee the 70-member Bremer Phone Bank team.
Zupfer joins Bremer most recently from Waste Management, where she served as the customer service manager. Prior to that, she spent 11 years at Wells Fargo, where she began working in the Phone Bank and was promoted to the phone bank supervisor.
“Jessica has extensive experience managing call centers serving retail and business clients and leading large teams of employees,” said Korwin Lockie, operations director for Bremer Financial Services. “She began her career as a phone bank representative and has deep financial expertise from several years of training and development at Wells Fargo. We are excited to have her join our team and look forward to her leadership.”
Zupfer has a master’s degree in organizational leadership from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minn., and a bachelor’s degree from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minn. She is an active volunteer and committee member for the Sauer Children’s Renew Foundation.
