Altringer and Maanum Named Top Producing Loan Officers by Minnesota Housing
St. Paul, Minn. - October 28, 2010 - Bremer Bank loan officers Kathy Altringer and Cindy Maanum were recently named as top producing loan officers by Minnesota Housing. Altringer and Maanum were recognized for their work on first-time homebuyer loans completed in the first and second quarter of 2010.

Altringer is an assistant vice president and mortgage originator with 30 years of banking experience, including 20 years working in the mortgage industry. She serves clients in the Crookston area. Maanum is a vice president and mortgage loan officer with 33 years of banking experience at Bremer, including 22 years in the mortgage industry. She currently serves the Western Minnesota communities in the Alexandria area.
Minnesota Housing started tracking all first-mortgage loans originated by individual loan officers January 1, 2010. The program is designed to recognize individual loan officer production for first-time mortgage loan programs.
