401(k) – You may contribute up to 75% of your total base earnings into Bremer’s 401(k) plan. Once eligible, Bremer will match your contribution 100% up to 5% of salary each pay period.
ESOP - Once eligible, Bremer will contribute to your account in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) or in the plan based on our financial performance.
Retirement Plan – You will also receive a basic retirement benefit that can be supplemented by benefits from the Profit Sharing/401(k) and ESOP plans. Bremer will provide you with a retirement benefit based on your length of service, age when you retire, and earnings.
