Dental – Bremer employees and their dependents may choose to participate in our dental plans, which includes a limited lifetime orthodontia benefit for dependent children.

Health-related Time Off – Should you become ill or disabled, Bremer provides you with Paid Time Off (PTO), Extended Disability Leave (EDL), and Short-term Disability (STD). You may also select a Long-term Disability (LTD) benefit that fits your needs.

Health Care Reimbursement Account – You can take advantage of the benefits a Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA) provides by contributing pre-tax dollars which may be used to pay for medical and dental expenses.

Dependent Care Reimbursement Account – Pre-tax contributions can be made to a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA) to help cover childcare expenses.

To assist you in developing a financially secure future, Bremer offers the following.

401(k) – You may contribute up to 75% of your total base earnings into Bremer’s 401(k) plan. Once eligible, Bremer will match your contribution 100% up to 5% of salary each pay period.

ESOP - Once eligible, Bremer will contribute to your account in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) or in the plan based on our financial performance.

Retirement Plan – You will also receive a basic retirement benefit that can be supplemented by benefits from the Profit Sharing/401(k) and ESOP plans. Bremer will provide you with a retirement benefit based on your length of service, age when you retire, and earnings.
