Whether you want to finance a new car or just want the flexibility of an open line of credit, Bremer offers a loan program that’s right for you. We offer competitive interest rates and flexible payment terms and we’re always glad to answer your questions by e-mail, phone, or in person.

Anytime Credit
  • Convenient revolving credit line that lets you write yourself a loan or automatically covers you if you accidentally overdraw your account.
  • Credit line ranges from $500 to $4,999. Credit is advanced in $500 increments.
  • A minimum monthly payment of $25 or 5% of your outstanding balance, whichever is greater, is automatically deducted from your checking account. Payments can also be made at any time by transferring through Bremer Phone Bank or Bremer Online Banking.
  • There is no penalty for early repayments.
  • Fixed APR of 18% only on the amount you use.
  • An annual fee applies.

Preferred Line of Credit
  • An extended credit line without collateral for qualified borrowers.
  • Maximum lending flexibility.
  • Feel confident knowing that the money will be there anytime you need extra cash.
  • Funds can be accessed through Bremer Phone Bank, Bremer Online Banking, in person, or by overdraft if tied to your checking account.
  • Credit line starts at $5,000.
  • Variable interest rate based on Prime lending rate as listed in the Wall Street Journal.

Unsecured Loans
  • Can be used for a wide range of purposes – even if you’d just like access to extra money for personal expenses.
  • Predictable monthly payments to make budgeting simpler.
  • No collateral required if credit standards are met.
  • Loan amounts start at $2,500.
  • Variety of loan terms available.
  • Fixed interest rates.
  • Take advantage of lower interest rates with automatic loan payments deducted from your Bremer checking or savings account.

Secured Loans
  • Designed for specific purchases such as a car, truck, boat, or recreational vehicle.
  • Assures you predictable monthly payments to make budgeting simpler.
  • Loan amounts start at $2,500.
  • Variety of loan terms available.

Home Equity Term Loan

  • Term - 30 years (except for Bridge/Swing loans - 1 year)
    • Draw period - 10 years.
    • Repayment period - 20 year period.
    • Option to convert your outstanding balance to a term loan during the draw period.
