January 14, 2015 - Bremer Bank announces the promotion of Russell Carignan to the Market Manager position in Grafton. In his new position, Carignan will provide market leadership for the teams in Grafton and Fordville and will be part of the Bremer Bank Grand Forks Region Management Team.
Upon graduating from the University of North Dakota in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, Carignan began his banking career at the First State Bank Langdon. Carignan joined Bremer in 1999 as an ag banker and was promoted to vice president in 2012. Originally from Walhalla, Carignan grew up on a family farm and continues to work with many ag clients at Bremer.
Carignan is an active member of the community and currently serves as the vice president of the Grafton school board, a member of the finance council for his local parish and has served on numerous other local boards in the past.Bremer Financial Corporation
