Bremer Hires Kim DeBaere as Wealth Management Regional Manager

Minneapolis, Minn.

March 30, 2015 - Bremer Wealth Management announces the hire of Kim DeBaere as the wealth management regional manager, responsible for wealth advisors in Minneapolis, St. Paul and Rochester which are growing markets for Bremer. Bremer completed the acquisition of Eastwood Bank in early 2015, adding 13 new locations in Southeast Minnesota, including Rochester. The wealth management team assists individuals and families with all their trust and financial planning needs, including investment management, retirement planning, estate planning and farm management services.

DeBaere joins Bremer with nearly 30 years of financial experience at U.S. Bank, where she was a senior vice president and trust officer in U.S. Bank’s Private Client Reserve wealth management division. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing family relationships with net worth from $3 million to $120 million.

DeBaere has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Iowa State University. She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and has earned her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation from the American Bankers Association. She is active in the community, working with low-income families on tax preparation through Prepare+Prosper.
