Milinda Rambel Stone is an executive security leader with extensive experience building and leading security programs teams. She has more than 20 years of experience in creating and managing large-scale information security programs in technology, healthcare, and financial services. She joined Bremer Bank in 2021 as our Chief Information Security Officer. Her focus is the enhancement and operational oversight of an enterprise security program for the bank.

Milinda is passionate about leading and mentoring others on the importance of transforming security and the many benefits of incorporating development, security and operations into the organization. Built 3 separate Security Internship Programs that created pipeline for hiring security talent. She’s delivered over 1000+ hours of corporate software engineering and security training.

Milinda was also an adjunct professor at Metropolitan State University, teaching courses in software engineering, MIS, and information security/assurance curriculum and is active board member of Minnesota Cloud Security Alliance and SecureWorld Midwest.
