Bremer Bank names Colette Campbell SVP of Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Today, Bremer Bank announced Colette Campbell would join its Senior Executive Team as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, responsible for strategically directing and executing tactics to advance Bremer’s inclusive, equitable and diverse workforce.

Campbell has served as Bremer’s Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity since 2017, and in her elevated role as a member of the senior executive team she will play a crucial part in Bremer’s progress on its racial equity action plan. The plan sets an initial roadmap for the company to help pave a more equitable path forward through internal work, in banking practices, and in charitable giving.

Prior to joining Bremer, Campbell served as faculty in the disciplines of Business, Human Resources and Human Development, as well as provided coaching, training, and consulting services through her own business for several years. Campbell holds degrees in religious studies and counseling, as well as management, leadership and human development. She was raised in Canada by Jamaican-born parents and has lived and/or taught on almost every continent in the world, providing her with a rich world perspective.
