Ida Valley Farm is a Minnesota Grown farm based in Garfield. Farm owners Jeff and Jane grow a wide variety of vegetables such as beets, cucumbers, onions, root vegetables and squashes (just to name a few) to area residents. Using cover crops, compost and crop rotation to improve soil health and to grow flavorful and nutritious produce, Jeff and Jane also follow organic principals in producing their vegetables.
