California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") Request

If you are a California consumer, as defined in Section 1798.140(i) of the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) as amended, (“Consumer”) or you are an authorized agent acting on behalf of a Consumer, you may submit a verifiable request using this form to:

  • know the categories of your personal information collected by Bremer Bank National Association and Bremer Insurance Agencies, Inc. (collectively “Bremer”), the sources from which your personal information was collected, the third parties to whom it was disclosed, and the commercial purpose(s) for collection and disclosure, unless otherwise excluded by law;
  • obtain access to the specific pieces of your personal information collected by Bremer, unless otherwise excluded by law;
  • correct your personal information collected, used, disclosed or stored by Bremer, unless otherwise excluded by law;
  • delete your personal information that Bremer has collected, used or stored, subject to certain exceptions.

Bremer reserves the right to refuse requests for reasons that include inability to verify your identity; inability to verify your authority to act on another consumer's behalf; or otherwise to the extent permitted by law. While Bremer strives to respond to all requests as quickly as possible, we have up to forty-five (45) days to respond and may extend that response time if necessary.
