Today, Bremer Bank announced Harini Upadhyaya joined its Senior Executive Team in a newly created position of Chief Transformation and Technology Officer (CTTO).
As CTTO, Upadhaya will be the executive leader of Bremer’s technology and operations teams, leading Bremer’s technology-led modernization work. Upadhyaya’s work will be critical as Bremer incorporates innovative solutions into its internal and external processes to create an exceptional experience for both customers and employees. Upadhyaya began her new role on June 15.

As CTTO, Upadhyaya’s passion for employee development and change leadership was an ideal match for Bremer’s interest in embracing technology to drive operational excellence. Her ability to lean on her customer-centric approach as she elevates customer and employee experiences will be fundamental as her work moves forward.

Upadhyaya has dedicated her 22-year career to delivering IT-empowered business solutions that lead to meaningful growth and efficiency for industry-leading companies. Her most recent position prior to joining Bremer Bank was as the VP of Applications and Analytics at ECMC Group. Upadhyaya holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Andhra University in India, a master’s in software engineering from the University of St. Thomas, and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
