Josh Mattson has served as an Ag Relationship Manager with Bremer Bank since January 2023. He provides solid financial guidance and innovative solutions to be a valuable and strategic partner. By working in sync with external and internal partners, he can help to identify financial risks and opportunities. Josh has the experience, organizational resources and tools necessary to help ag operators establish and meet their financial goals.

Before assuming his current role, Josh served as a finance manager at MJ McGuires in Rugby. For over 10 years Josh guided customers through the process of buying and financing vehicles.

Josh went to school at North Dakota State University for vocal music performance.

He is a member of Good Samaritan Health Services Foundation Board and serves as its president, a member of the Rugby Chamber of Commerce board, and volunteers for Rugby Hockey Association as a youth hockey coach.

A Grand Forks, ND native, Josh is married with four kids and enjoys family time, going to the lake, helping his in-law’s farming operation in the spring and fall, golfing, coaching kids in hockey, fishing, hunting, sporting events, singing in community choirs and church events, and serving on multiple boards within the Rugby community.
