Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadfield Social Studies from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as Wisconsin health, accident, and life insurance licenses. He is Six Sigma Process Improvement certified by Harrison Street University.

A lifelong resident of western Wisconsin, he enjoys fishing, exercising, and spending time with family.
