How do I activate the token I received in the mail?
Go to the main eACH Login Page  and click on the "Token Enablement" button at the top of the page.  This will walk you through the process and allow you to log in to Bremer eACH using your token.

I can't log in! The application is asking me for a "PASSCODE" and I don't have one.
You must activate your Bremer Secure Access eACH token before logging in for the first time. Return to the main login page for Bremer eACH and click on the "Token Enablement" button at the top of the page. You should have received a packet in the mail with a token enablement brochure. If you didn’t, call Bremer Business Client Services at 1-800-537-0091, option 1.

I don’t have either of the tokens shown on the enablement page. What do I do?
If you did not receive a hardware token, you’ll need to download and install a software-based token. This token installs directly into your web browser. Select the "Toolbar Token" option, and click "Continue" to download your token.

System requirements for toolbar tokens are:

  • Windows 2000 SP4 or Windows XP (Windows Vista is currently not supported)
  • IE 6 or 7 ONLY
  • Firefox 1.5+ and 2.0+
  • Macintosh computers are not compatible.

I don’t have access to install software on the PC I normally use. What can I do?
Call Bremer Business Client Services at 1-800-537-0091, option 1, to request a hardware token.

What is my Activation Code?
The Activation Code is the third piece of information the system uses to verify and activate your token. Your Activation Code is listed in the documents of the enrollment package we sent you. For security reasons, we cannot list the Activation Code on this site. If you did not receive a package, call Bremer Business Client Services at 1-800-537-0091, option 1.

Nothing happens when I try to push the "Go ID" button on my hardware token.
There is no "button" on the Go ID token. The passcode automatically displays and refreshes every 60 seconds.

Where is the Serial Number for my Toolbar Token?
You can find the serial number for your software token by clicking on the Go ID menu on the toolbar, select "Options" then click the "Keys" tab of the dialog box that opens. The serial number for your token is listed there. You can also fill in the Serial Number and Current Password fields by clicking on the "AutoFill Code" button on the toolbar.

I work from 2 or more different computers. Can I install the toolbar on multiple machines?
Yes, you can install the toolbar and download a token on any number of machines you like. You’ll have to go through the enablement process for each PC you install the toolbar on.
You must call Business Client Services at 1-800-537-0091, Option 1, before attempting to enable any additional tokens.

I received a token in the mail, but the screen is blank.  What's wrong?
Your token may have been damaged in shipping.  Please call us immediately and we'll send you a replacement token.
You may also try to use the downloadable software token.  Click on the "Token Enablement" button at the top of the Bremer eACH login page.
